Change flying animation of 7.0 wings to landing animation

a simple pmp file to change flying animation of 7.0 wings to landing animation ，I think this animation is much cuter，only tested this on Miqo'te fem, but i think it should work for all tall female races，male characters are not supported，this is just an animation mod, so it can work alongside other wing mods by adjusting load priority
