Due to me being a moron and messing up the UVs really badly trying to get shapes correctly for my mod on the same piece, the previous pride addon made by Vlad had some weird interactions that messes up the stripes and shapes of all flags, so I decided to remake them on Substance Painter.
For all intended purposes this is pretty much a compatibility patch that shouldn't even exist. It's almost the same mod as Vlad's, I just remade the flags so that they won't be as wonky anymore on the mod I made. My bad.
I attached a .spp to the zip file so in case anyone wants to try out adding new flags on Substance Painter, they're all yours, just be mindful on what you gonna do with that.
