Good lord brother we have GOT to stop with the gendered model bullshit. C'mon CBU3.
Quick mod to remove the unnecessary leggings from the M model of the Carwen Tights, so that they're just shorts just like the F models are. Doesn't change anything else about the dye, doesn't change the F models at all.
Works for ALL M model characters: Midlander-based, Roegadyn-based, and Lalafell based.
Only uses vanilla body meshes, so it does not require any extra body mods.
Feel free to upscale this to any other modded bodies though, or use in mashups or whatever, but please do take a peek at the edit permissions in my bio first. Thanks muchly.
If you're also looking for a MTF port to put the leggings on F models, TarMar has made one and it can be found here: https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/166321
