Hornwatch - Occult Crescent QoL/Tracker

Qol tool for Occult Crescent, in South Horn and North Horn. It watches the zone so you
do not have to.

- Alerts when a critical encounter, a FATE or a treasure pot FATE spawns, each with its own
game sound and an optional chat line. Settings are per zone.
- Countdown to the next treasure pot.
- Coffers, pots, bunnies and survey points drawn on the game's own map, with a toggle strip
on the map itself.
- Tells you when a coffer is standing near you, with a clickable position that places a flag.
- Optional auto-travel, and an optional auto-coffer route (off by default)
