Icy Manaward VFX for Black Mage

Version: 1.0

[ Public Mod Permalink ]

AI Usage: None

Author's Comments:

Gives Black Mage's manaward ability a rotating icy shield effect. The visual effect lasts the full 20 seconds of manaward's duration, but unfortunately won't be removed if the shield prematurely ends after taking enough damage.
