Wipe Blood off Face

Version: 1.0

Author's Comments:

Based on Zenos in Vows of Virtue, Deeds of Cruelty.
Works for all, though works best for midlander based characters. Put on Vexed emote.
Use with a collection; do NOT put it in Default.

Managed to fix the loop, no longer needs a redraw for the vfx to reappear.
