Simple frilled tunic and bustier with loose sleeves I made (primarily) out of Mheg and Roegadyn parts :)

♡ Made for Bibo+ Vanilla,
♡ For all midlander-based fems,
♡ Replaces the White Moonfire Happi,
♡ Three toggles [Tunic+Arm strap+Waist belt],
♡ Silver+Gold Metal Options,
♡ Dye1=Tunic, Dye2=Leather.
