If you have trouble with scalp looking weird, or ears not showing, go to the mod in Penumbra and follow this steps:
1. Advanced Setting.
2. Meta Manipulations.
3. Choose 46 and "Head", then click "+".
4. Uncheck "Hide Scalp". Check "Show earrings (Miqo'te, Hrothgar, Viera)", and also check "Show Ears" (Miqo'te or Viera, whatever your case may be, or both).
5. Click on Apply Changes.
