fluffier tail 3 - a vanilla tail edit for m + f miqo'te

this mod is a port of npc tail 202 to player character tail 3 for both male and female miqo'te.

the mesh has been edited to be higher poly for smoother animation and posing. i also added wind influence to the edges of the fur for added movement and dynamic flair, although it is not very noticeable in gameplay. i also added highlight compatibility to the tip of the tail. because tail 3 does not have highlights enabled in vanilla, i have made the highlights a toggle to maintain parity.

- male + female model options
- edited normal map
- highlighted tip toggle

if there is demand for it, i intend to combine the npc's fluffy ears with this tail as either an add-on or companion mod. feel free to shoot me a dm if this is something that interests you.
