Notes:
- Tested in Shirogane - should work with other all other districts, but not tested in-game
- Originally built before 7.5 housing changes
- Uses 142/150 slots
- You're free to use and modify as you like. Do NOT use as a base for anything if you're going to sell it. That goes for both RMT and in-game currency.
