I also recommend the BDTH plugin (https://github.com/LeonBlade/BDTHPlugin) and the Target Furniture plugin (Dalamud's native repository) for easier adjustments in-game.
Author's Comments:
An overly colorful, modern split-level apartment (built in a large plot). I was mostly just playing around with patterns and colors, but it's kind of a fun place to hang out.
Requirements: - Personal Mansion - Minimalist Interior
Notes: - Main/middle floor only; basement and upper floors are closed off - Originally built before 7.5 housing changes - Uses 411/600 slots - Window on the backwall has a jump to the void behind it; feel free to delete/omit. - Uses some items that are exclusive to seasonal events and/or FFXIV online store. They're not integral tho, feel free to omit/replace. - Originally built using Large Florist's exterior - You're free to use and modify as you like. Do NOT use as a base for anything if you're going to sell it. That goes for both RMT and in-game currency. - FAQ/info file included in zip folder.
