[vH] Shorter Ala Mhigan Tunic

SE for the original model;
Korati, liinko and Cattomic for their work on the 3DSMax toolbox.

Check the preview images to have a better understanding of what was changed

✅Affects: Ala Mhigan Tunic of Scouting, Ala Mhigan Tunic of Healing, Ovim Wool Tunic of Aiming, Ovim Wool Tunic of Casting
✅Races Available: All Tall Females

Simple 3D edit to get rid of the bottom part of the tunic. The current version has backfaces added to it (big thanks for those threes mentioned above). Currently it's available for tall females only. Shapes still work for short/mid gloves, however, long gloves may clip through a bit since I had to get rid of the morpher shp_kat. No textures/colorset were altered here, it's just the 3D model.

To-do list (maybe perhaps idk who knows one day):
- Add males and lala-friends;
- TB 2.0 conversion for males;
- T&F 2/3 conversion for females;
- Bibo+ conversion for females;
- Google drive modpacks with all the options above;
- Better modpack with preview pics for all genders;
