Tested with the default Miqote female cpose with a BBWVR base body. There doesn't seem to be clipping issues, only very minor ones for a few hairstyles except for miqote hairstyles 124 + 136 which have significant issues. This issue can be fixed with more clearance between the choker and neck, but that defeats the purpose of a choker.

Ports the Goatskin Heart Choker to midlander base females, which also doubles for highlander bodytypes.
Comes with the choker and a lower variant that's more pose friendly.
