A mashup of the Miqo'te Hempen Camise and the Flannel/Wool Suspenders for all tall ladies.

Affects all tall ladies.

Notes:
- expect clipping for the bigger chested ladies
- the suspenders float above the shoulder as to not clip the buckles into all chests
- to dye the camise, ColorEditor -> Row 4
