Author's Comments:

A vanilla mashup of the Neo-Ishgardian casting top and the Southern Seas Skirt. Comes with sleeves and without. Skirt has been adjusted to sit a bit higher.

Notes:
- clipping/minor gapping in some poses due to vanilla item limitations
- belt has been left in but set to match the corset, you can dye it under Row 16
