Scion Liberator's Jacket with Skyworker's Singlet Tattoo

I wanted to add the Skyworker's Singlet Tattoo with this jacket since I felt that the arms had a lot of free space. It should work with every race but I haven't tested it on anything other than Lalafell and female Midlander. Also that empty space near the neck is because that's where the singlet usually is but I didn't feel like filling it in. Enjoy!
