A BDSM pose I put together for a project I was making.
The mod used is Hang Rope by Remin: https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/27474.
The 4 ropes are NPCs that were changed into the Wind-up Exdeath. The Miqo'te used is 50 height and adjustments will be needed for different height and/or races. The Dildo used is the Wind-Up "Pinocchio": https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/4873.
Be careful with your camera angles as the ropes will likely not be attached to anything on the ceiling unless you take extra care for that.
