Author's Comments:

A Victorian Punk material edit of the Neo-Ishgardian Bottoms of Aiming on my Plump'd leg shape.
Bloomers have a silk/satin finish with stained Victorian print, while the stockings are a matte finish with some added grunge and stripes.

Magic leg accessory version in the works.
