Reaper Artifact Set Simple Upscale

Version: 1.0

AI Usage: None

Author's Comments:

This is an extremely basic Waifu2x texture upscale mostly for personal use, works for all races, should play nice with the mani/pedi pack by Koneko.

This is just a hold over until someone much more skilled comes along and does it better, but please enjoy!
