Reaper Corselet hair fix

If you're like me, you like having long hair and very much dislike your armor clipping right through it. This lowers the upper back of the Reaper t89 class armor so it won't cut through your hair.

I also made this change while using this mod, so it's based off that model - https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/40104

I've also only tried this on a cat, but I'd assume it'd work for all races.
