Milktruck: Tsar's 'Sparkling' Chain Halter:

A conversion of Tsar's 'Sparkling' chain halter top to my personal Bibo+ edit Milktruck, with Universal Piercings support as well.

Milktruck is a very minor edit to Bibo XL, and should fit in okay in your mod collection if this is close to your preferred size.
