Shuten-Douji inspired Horns

Author's Comments:
A quick mod for Catoblepas Horns that changes the texture and orientation to be more similar to Shuten Douji's from Fate/Grand Order fame.
Doesn't affect original texture and it comes with the option to install only for some races instead of all: Lalafell (both), Hrothgar, Viera Male, Viera Female, All other Males, All other Females. If there's enough interest I may look into expanding this option.
Feel free to edit for personal use, just don't take it and call it your own.
This is my first mod, so feel free to contact me if you find anything wrong or that could be improved.
