Author's Comments:
Removes the shirt on the Palaka Vest of Healing/Casting and the Pactmaker's Vest of Crafting to reveal the chest.
Available for both Highlander bodies and Midlander-based bodies. Options for the default TBSE by Tsar and the Twunk Body Type Edits by Red.
Disclaimer: This mod does seem to affect a prominent 6.0 child-like NPC.
As I am new to modding, there may be some issues. I don't believe there's anything too egregious; however, please let me know if you find any issues or have any suggestions.
