Spiked Bell Cane

When you start the game as a White Mage(conjurer technically) you have this glowy can with spikes and a bell. This item is not in the game. So I kinda made one. There is a cane with spikes, and a cane with a bell, so I combo'd them. Spikes on all the canes that look like the Wolf Cane and the starter one. But, only the wolf cane (and two others) have the bell. Also, i make the cane slightly longer so when you cast magic it on the bell and not above it. A glowy and not glowing versions added.
