The animation itself is from the nsfw Sims 4 animation mod, WickedWhims. I simply retargeted the animation and modified some bone positions to avoid clipping.

Top animation uses /thavnairiandance (dance03_loop).
Bottom animation uses /winded (loop_emot16_loop). There's two variants, one with the bottom's arm hanging over the top and one without.
Works for all genders and midlander-based races. Check preview to see some combinations (nsfw).
Sorry if it looks janky! I'm still new to animating and can only do some retargeting and minor adjustments for now. I'll try to revisit these mods in the future to clean them up once I get better. Hand to hip placement is based on male hyur with male elezen. Play around with camera settings and actor positions to hide any jankiness. If the animation does not play, set data path to masculine midlander.
