An overhaul VFX and animation swap for Gauss Round.
Revived from my scrapped VFX folder, it now lives on as Railgun!

Railgun is the scrapped Quick Style from Machinist Remixed Part 2.
It features an edited animation, reducing the time to aim and fire. It is timed for Machinist's double weave rotation.
