Author's Comments:
A fully custom Tattoo skin mod, hand drawn and edited by me. Comes with raw png's of the tattoos for both Gen 2 and Bibo+ modes as well as a raw .xcf file to allow you to pick and choose which pieces you want as well as change the colors yourself to fit your wants.
