Garlond Ironworks Equipment Decal Remover

Author's Comments:
A mod that removes the Garlond Ironworks decal from equipment, both armor and weapons.
While the equipment tied to it is no longer in demand, it was always something that bothered me when using certain pieces of Ironworks equipment as glamour.
