Wind-up Watcher Minion

TY Poxi for the watcher's sophist's robes edit that saved me so much effort

Turns your Ancient One minion into a Wind-up Watcher instead! Recoloured and slightly de-crunched textures plus a small 3D edit to make his robes more oversized and his mask a little more beaky, closer to the full-size Watcher. Modpack set up so that you can choose whether you'd like both of these changes or just one. Should be fine to use in both textools and penumbra.
