Author's Comments:
Probably more suited for 'Aggressive Negotiations' than true diplomatic trips, but at least you'll look stylish.
There is some minor clipping with short gloves around the left wrist. Medium and Long gloves DO NOT work.
This is a mashup of the Lunar Envoy's Jacket of Fending, the Neo-Ishgardian Top of Fending, and the Panthean Mail of Aiming for ALL races.
The Lunar envoy part dyes as normal.
