Hakka no Togame, minus the glorious ribbon. Not enough bones (ie. 2 is not enough) to make it flutter in the breeze. (Side note, female au'ra hair 5 is very Rukia.) It's an icy blade and also SUPER WEEEEEEEEEB!!! Different versions have different coloured sheathes. Okanehira Kai, Rakshasa Katana, and Yama Katana are dyeable. Guard on katana and metal/cloth on sheath are dyeable. Obtain in Ishgard via Hunt Seals, Lv67 dungeon, and/or from Crafting/Marketboard.
