Nezha Lord's Togi Edit

I always liked the Togi jacket, but feel that the gold accents make it tricky to match with many maiming and fending armors. I edited the accents to silver to better match with the more common silver armor sets and removed the rope hanging from the hood.

This is my first gear edit and I wanted to start out simple, so I may tweak things further down the line. Tested and working on all male races.
