This is a gear mash-up of the Neo-Ishgardian top of Striking and the Neo-Ishgardian top of Aiming, combined with the belt from the Edenchoir Tunic of Healing.
Some clutter has been removed and the colorset has been modified to match my idea of a more "scholarly" armor.
It can be dyed but it will probably not look great in other colors.

Currently works on all female races except for Lalafell (but it doesn't break them either).
Affects the Neo-Ishgardian top of Healing and all its variants.
