Taffeta Shawl - RT-Modest

Req Rider for the RT Sizes
Cordelia for the Gen 3 Conversion Tool

Author's Comments:

Just a quick and dirty Taffeta Shawl. The other RT Shawl is using Rider's older shape, which is smaller and less full. So I decided to just give it a bit of love, as it looked way smaller than the base body. Should work with all tall girls.
