Flagrare

Vanilla mashup of the Atrophy Chapeau and the Rinascita Hood of Casting/Scouting/Striking. Works for all races, although the animated skeleton for the feather does not work on Viera and Hrothgar due to it not being available for those races. Additionally, the hat portion will clip badly with certain hairstyles on Viera and Hrothgar due to their hairs not having the proper shape keys. Ears for Miqo'te and Viera are enabled by default but you can disable them via editing the metadata.
Included is a separate file for the Hrothgar version which includes different metadata to keep their hair. I do not recommend using both at the same time as it will cause problems for the races not included in the specific modpack. (Although with Penumbra you should be able to assign collections to races so it can likely be worked around)
