Author's Comments:

Open Ivalician Oracle & Mystic Coat for all Tall Females

-At the behest of a friend. After realizing that there are multiple open robe edits for male, and yet none for Bibo. Which surprised me.

Notes:
-Requires Bibo+
-Uses bibo large chest size.
-Black and white robe options
