So named because it was the 16th weight iteration of these pants.

A pair of cropped, high-waisted jeans with lots of patterns to choose from! Fit to Bibo+ Medium bottoms, but is scalelable.

Pants are dyeable- pants in game, belt through colourset row 9/10, and belt buckle through colourset row 16.
