Fixes:
Now works for magical crits too.
Volume is consistent across different distances.
Personal crits seem to be louder than ally crits.

A friend wanted to recreate a World of Warcraft addon that played Owen Wilson "Wow"s whenever you crit. So a bunch of my friends sat there trying to figure it out and a few of them finally did. None of them wanted to be the one to upload it because they're all bottoms.
I claim no credit for this mod. I merely provided my friends with a guide and information where possible. As such, there is only so much I can offer in the way of technical support for this.
Actual important stuff:
Only works for physical crits. Now works for both physical and magical!
Only seems to work from Penumbra's Default collection.
Does not seem to sync through Mare.
