Silent quest jingles

This mod gives you options to mute quest started / quest completed sound effects without having to turn the music off.
It includes all expansions + allied society quests + island sanctuary. The ARR option also affects retainer ventures, tribal quests completion and seasonal events quests (they share the same sound effect in the game files).
I recommend installing it with penumbra so you can easily change what to enable or disable (but it works fine in textools as well)!
Initially I made this for myself but I figured there must be other people as annoyed as I am by the jingles, so here you go :D
