Beltless Hooded Fireglass Leather Vest

As the name says, this mod removes the belts from the Hooded Fireglass Leather Vest. It also affects the Adventurer's Hooded Vest as a side effect, as both use the same textures - I would make a 3D model edit, but I have no experience with that, and last time I tried to import a model from TexTools into Blender, the model scaling was ENTIRELY fucked. Might revisit in the future.
