Replaces BLM's standard casting VFX (the one where the staff end glows purple) with a modified version of WAR's Inner Release aura/loop.
Works very well with Dast's Astral Fire and Umbral Ice vfx replace!
On my to-do:
-make the eye glow more persistent/different
-alter the vanilla ice/fire casting vfx to better suit this mod
