Reduced Motion Moon-Hopper

Title. Like, literally, that's the whole thing.

Friend (and myself to an extent) found the flashing effect caused by the spinning ears to be a little on the headache-inducing side, so instead of not using the mount like sensible people, I just modded the spin out.

This mod works by just weighting the ears to the head bone rather than the ear bones, so this effectively cements them in-place. This has the side effect of also preventing the less-obnoxious ear animations when doing emotes like Hop-Step. Oh well. If you want to spend the time editing the animations to do this properly, be my guest. I couldn't be bothered, that's for sure.
