F Midlander idle to F Miqo'te

This mod simply allows midlander poses to be used in place of the corresponding Miqote pose (the first midlander pose replaces the first Miqo'te pose, etc.).
I haven't tried whether it works with different character sizes, but it works very well with a miqo'te just over 1m50 tall.
The poses are numbered in order after the default pose (no special pose).
