I've made two variant of this pose for both actors. You need a male IVCS body if you want these poses to work properly.
The two variants of the poses will work fine if the dom is approximately the same size or a bit taller than the sub.
The second variant (on the right of the image) will be perfect if the dom is taller than the sub. More the size diff will be huge, more you'll need to edit legs and arm positions.
