Storm Commander's Jacket

Author's Comments:

A personal piece. It's a Mashup built on top of the Storm Lieutenant's Jacket. Adds the armoured sleeve/gauntlet from The Neo-Ishguardian Fending top and the belt from the Neo-Ishguardian Aiming top. (for M-midlanders the gun's been removed).

Armoured gauntlet may cause a few issues with long gloves.

Should work for all midlander based m and f models, but I've only tested it on m viera in use, and f viera for the pictures.

Cheers.
