Classical Signifer's Horns with mask

Author's Comments:
Removed the front of the Classical Signifer's Horns due to heavy clipping with the Rainmaker hairstyle and replaced it with the mask portion of the Ronkan Visor of Healing. Recolored the gems as well to match with the gem shown on the Panthean Robe of Casting. Fixed animation issues and shortened the side accessories due to clipping.
