Author's Comments:

The mod work is not my own but the owner did give me permission to publish it under my name, I wasn’t going to share it at first but now I want to. It combines the Arbatel bottom’s socks and thigh belt with the Collegiate skirt. Does not work for Lala’s. Only the skirt changes color.

Update 1.2 - Has been updated for Dawntrail, I'm sorry it took so long. :X
