The masc dress is for TBSE Echo (requires TBSE) and affects Midlander, Elezen, Miqo, Au Ra, and Viera.
The fem dress is for Bibo (Requires Bibo+) and affects Midlander, Highlander, Elezen, Miqo, Roe, Au Ra, and Viera.

~Disclaimer, if you will, and just so you have been warned. The sleeves in particular are a bit jank. There is a decent amount of clipping in the underarm area, that will show depending on the placement of the arms. I have no idea how to fix this, as I have the brain of a wet noodle, but I thought the dress looked relatively nice even with the clipping.~
