Send her head over heels with this pose.
Note that the standing male in this pose will actually clip through the ground. This pose has been tested on some of the taller men such as highlander and Au Ra. For the most part, you should not have an issue adjusting the models on top of the bed. Please also note that I had originally used a male model without IVCS for the standing male, so you'll have to adjust the waist legs a little to make his behind not stick out so much (or use the pose as is, your call).
