Author's Comments:
While someone's back is likely to give in, at least you have a compelling screenshot to illustrate the reason.
This pose requires IVCS for males and includes an extra pose tailored for Miqo'te males. Both are designed to be used alongside Viera women; however, if you're not using female Viera, the two default poses will do the job. Please also note that the female version has only been tested on Viera women, so some editing and adjustments may be necessary.
I may come back to this pose and redo it.
